MeeboMe (Chat with me when I'm logged on.)

Meebo
I found this Meebo thing (web-based chat site) through a friend. I tested it out and seems pretty handy. I added this chat widget to my website so if visitors want to, they can check if I'm logged on and have a web chat with me if I'm on my computer! Have some fun or ask some serious business questions. Whatever it may be, it's on my website now! (Please try and edit the name... so I kind of don't just feel like I'm chatting with Guest2343567 or something.) :)

OpenOffice.org (Free Open Source office software.) Product Review.

I use Open Office, a.k.a. "OOo". This is a FREE office suite software that rivals the features of Microsoft's expensive Office Suite (MS Word, Access, Excel and Powerpoint. I decided to explore alternatives to Microsoft software about a year ago. This is one of the best products I have found to replace MS Office Suite.

Open Office Suite includes Writer, Impress, Math, Draw, Calc and Base. These replace the functions of MS Office's softwares. I took a few days of fiddling around to figure out how to use the OOo products as well as I use MS Office. The first open house fact sheet that I have created using OOo is at this link --> JPG Image version of Open House Fact Sheet. <-- I used OOo Writer and OOo Draw in combination to create this document. Clarity is reduced here because I converted it to an image that is easier to view on the web. Starting from a blank document, it took me about 4 hours to figure out all the features and complete this. Most of the time was spent familiarizing myself with the methods of accomplishing the goal.

I highly recommend this product. It's FREE! It does the job! Excellent!

iGoogle screen shot from trustedreviews.comProductivity Tool
I'm in the process of attempting to escape from the controls of Microsoft Software! I am discontinuing use of MS Outlook and have integrated working with "iGoogle" as my task manager and schedule planner. It's been working out quite well and I recommend it to you as something to test out.

Hula Mae funds are depleted!

I informed my clients that were interested in the Hula Mae Program about a month ago that there was $7,000,000 or less remaining. It was depleted at a rate of about $2,000,000 per week. Now it is no longer available.
